She ran corporate dentistry's machine. Then she built a better one.
Restoro's founder is a Russian-speaking, US-trained dentist who spent years inside high-volume dental operations. Restoro Dental Studio — opening September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor — is everything she learned, pointed at a different goal: your time.
Years inside high-volume dentistry — and the blueprints she left with.
Restoro's founder learned dentistry twice. First in a US dental program, then all over again inside high-volume dental operations. She worked the playbook from the inside: packed schedule columns, daily production targets, hour-long slots that still managed to run late.
What she took from the machine wasn't bitterness. It was blueprints. Corporate dentistry is superbly organized around exactly one calendar — the provider's. The patient's hour is nobody's metric. A routine cleaning swallows half a morning for roughly twenty minutes of actual care, and everyone inside the system knows it.
Restoro is what she built with that knowledge. The name points at the job: restoration, repair, and a better version of the dental visit. The studio opens September 2026, a short drive down CR-210 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor: doors open 7am to 7pm every day of the week, walk-ins as the default, and one number over the door: a 31-minute average, measured and shown live.
The exam and the dentistry only a dentist can do — that's my job. Everything else about your visit should already be in motion before I walk into the room.
Restoro's founder
Half a day for a checkup was never reasonable.
The studio runs on a handful of convictions. They're short, and everything else is downstream of them.
-
The dentist's minutes are scarce. Yours are too.
Every system in the building exists to spend the doctor's time only where a doctor is truly required — and to spend none of yours watching a waiting-room fish tank.
-
Walk-ins are the design, not the disruption.
Book if you like. But the studio is queue-managed from the ground up, so "just come in" is a first-class way to be seen — 7am to 7pm, every day of the week.
-
A room, not a waiting room.
Check-in routes you straight to a chair, and care starts within minutes. The dentist joins when your room is ready for her — never you sitting idle waiting for a room.
-
Honest numbers, everywhere.
Fees published before you sit down. The average visit time, live on the site. Real wait estimates at peak hours. If we can measure it, you can see it.
-
Easy is how prevention actually happens.
A quick oral-health visit every ~90 days beats a guilty marathon every two years. So we made the quick visit effortless enough that you'll actually come.
The old deal was "make an appointment and fit into our schedule." Ours: show up when it suits you. We're built for it.
Re·store.
Restoro is the founder's name and the job in one word — restore, repair, put the visit back the way it should be. It's the mark on the wall, and the promise underneath it.
A visit, choreographed to the minute.
This is the standard visit the studio is being built around: 30 minutes of choreography, a published 31-minute average target — and the real number goes live on this site from opening day.
-
The kiosk knows you
Check in like a hotel guest. The system pulls up when you were last in, what you're due for, and which room is yours. No clipboard, no front-desk line.
-
Straight back, work begins
A hygienist or assistant starts immediately: oral-health update, cleaning and polish, scans, X-rays if they're due — and a whitening touch-up if you're a member.
-
The dentist gets a window, not an interruption
When the supporting work is done, your room flags itself dentist-ready. The doctor gets a flexible window — "Room 3 needs an exam in the next 10–30 minutes" — and arrives at a natural pause, unhurried.
-
Numbers before decisions
Findings in plain language, prices straight from the published fee schedule, and a coordinator on hand for payment or membership questions — before anything is agreed to.
-
Out — and already set up for next time
Your ~90-day recall is queued. When you're due, a text will tell you the quiet windows, and you'll walk in on your terms.
When it's busy
Peak hours run in triage mode: essentials first, live wait estimates on the site, and texts that steer you toward quieter windows. Emergencies jump the queue — that's what a queue is for.
When it's quiet
Off-peak is for the unhurried extras — whitening sessions, aligner consults, scans, long answers to long questions. The site will always tell you the best time to come.
That's the standard visit. Longer procedures get their own booked blocks — the promise is choreography, not a stopwatch.
Hired for hospitality. Trained for choreography.
Hiring begins in 2026, and two principles are already fixed. Russian-speaking staff, front and center — care lands differently in the language you think in. And above-market pay with a stake in the studio's success, so the person who greets you in year one still knows your name in year five.
- Founder & dentist
Restoro's founder
Russian-speaking, US-trained, and the reason this page exists. She watched how the biggest groups in dentistry spend a patient's hour — and decided your time deserved better machinery.
- Clinical team
Hygienists & EFDAs
The choreography runs through them: cleanings, scans, X-rays, whitening touch-ups — everything that shouldn't wait for a dentist happens before the dentist is needed.
