Does Restoro take my dental insurance?
Type your plan or tap your employer for a straight answer — in-network, we-file-for-you, or an honest no. Nothing you type here is saved or sent anywhere.
The honest version of “do you take my insurance?”
Most dental offices in Jacksonville answer this with a vague “we accept most plans” and sort it out at checkout. We’d rather tell you exactly where you stand before you walk in. There are only three real answers, and this tool gives you the right one for your plan.
The day our lease signs, we file to join Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, and Humana — the four networks most of the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor carries. Approval takes 90–150 days, so we expect to be in-network around opening. For every other plan, we’re out-of-network on purpose: you pay our published founding fees, we file the claim for you, and your plan reimburses you directly. A few DHMO and Medicaid plans only pay their assigned offices — with those, we’ll say so plainly.
Check your plan or your employer
Start typing your insurer, or tap where you work. Everything runs on your device — no account, no tracking, nothing stored.
We’ll match your employer to its typical dental plan.
This tool computes on your device only. No plan or employer selection is saved, logged, or sent anywhere — in line with our name-and-contact-only rule.
Our membership beats a typical PPO for fee-for-service care
If you’re paying out of pocket — or your plan is one we can’t bill — membership is usually the better deal. No deductibles, no annual maximum, no waiting periods, no denials. Here’s the real math on our founding fee schedule.
A year of routine care
- Two cleanings + two examsincluded
- Routine X-raysincluded
- Two whitening touch-upsincluded
- Pay-as-you-go on our fee schedule~$550 / year
- Adult membership$468 / year
- Founding 500 rate (locked for life)$348 / year
That’s before the 15–25% member discount on everything else. A ceramic crown is $1,250 at our standard fee, $999 for members. A back-tooth filling is $195, or $156 for members. A typical PPO caps out around $1,000–$1,500 a year and makes you wait months for major work — membership has no cap and no waiting period.
Questions people actually ask
Are you in-network with my insurance?
On day one, no — because we won’t have opened yet. The moment our lease signs, we file to join Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, and Humana. Those approvals take 90–150 days, so we expect in-network status around opening. For every other plan we’re out-of-network and file your claim for you.
What does “we file your out-of-network claim” actually mean?
You pay our published founding fee — which you’ll know in writing before we start — and our team submits the claim to your insurer electronically at no charge. Your plan then reimburses you directly at its out-of-network rate. Most PPO plans cover a share of out-of-network care; check the out-of-network percentage on your benefits summary.
Why aren’t you in-network with everyone?
In-network PPO contracts pay discounted rates that push offices toward volume and upselling. We’d rather publish honest fees, protect your time with the 31-minute visit, and credential only the networks our patients actually carry. As the book fills, we add the networks in most demand and drop the weak ones.
I have Medicaid or a DHMO — can you see me?
Florida Medicaid dental plans and DHMO plans (like Liberty) only pay the specific offices a patient is assigned to, so there’s nothing for us to bill or file. We’d rather tell you that plainly than surprise you at checkout. If that’s your only coverage, our membership is the realistic way to get care here — $39/month adult, $25/month child, cleanings and whitening included.
I don’t have any dental insurance. What now?
Most people without insurance come out ahead on membership. For $39/month ($29 locked for life if you’re in the Founding 500), you get every cleaning, exam, routine X-ray, and a whitening touch-up at each visit — plus 15–25% off everything else on our fee schedule. No deductible, no annual cap, no waiting period, no denied claims.
Is anything I type here saved?
No. This tool runs entirely on your device — nothing you type or tap is stored, logged, or sent anywhere. Our marketing site only ever holds a name and contact if you choose to join the waitlist, and never any health details.
