Durbin built everything new. Dentistry is next.
Not long ago this was pine timber along a two-lane road. Now Durbin Park runs from Bass Pro to the restaurant pads, Veterans Parkway carries the school run, and the 9B interchange moves half the neighborhood to work by 8am. Everything here was built this decade — except the way a dental visit works, which still runs on callbacks and clipboards.
Restoro is the rebuild: check in at a kiosk, get walked straight to a room, and let the team start while the dentist finishes elsewhere — she steps in exactly when your visit needs her. The whole thing is choreographed to average 31 minutes, and we'll publish that number live on this site. Hours run 7am to 7pm, seven days, because commuter families don't have a Tuesday 2pm to give away.
The studio opens September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee–Durbin corridor — Durbin anchors one end of the site shortlist. Until the lease is inked, the Founding 500 is the thing to grab: the first 500 members hold $29 a month for life, whitening touch-up included every time.
Getting here
- Durbin Park sits at the corridor's western door — the site shortlist runs from here toward Nocatee
- A 7am open beats the 9B interchange: visit first, merge onto I-95 ahead of the pack
- Serving Durbin Crossing, Johns Creek and every new street going in off Veterans Parkway
- Saturday gear run at Bass Pro, cleaning on the way home — one loop, no second trip
Questions, answered plainly
Is the studio going into Durbin Park itself?
The shortlist covers the whole Ponte Vedra–Nocatee–Durbin corridor, and the Durbin end is squarely in it. Wherever the lease lands, we announce the address that day — waitlist members get the text first.
Both of us commute downtown. How would we ever use a dentist?
That's the case the hours were built for. Once we open, doors run 7am to 7pm all seven days: catch a visit before the 9B merge, after the evening drive home, or on a weekend between kid activities. The visit itself averages 31 minutes.
What's the catch on the $29 founding rate?
Only that it's capped at 500 people. It's the standard membership — cleanings, exams, X-rays, a whitening touch-up every visit — locked at $29 a month for life instead of $39. Joining the waitlist takes a name and a phone or email, nothing more.
Come in when it works for you.
We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
