That studio is coming to the other side of Julington Creek — the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, opening September 2026. For anyone who already crosses the bridge for Race Track Road errands or the CR-210 shops, we'll sit along a route Mandarin drives anyway.
The model is simple: walk in any day, 7am to 7pm; the team starts on you immediately, and the dentist steps in once the room is ready. Every fee lives on the site. Mandarin families who join the Founding 500 lock a $29-a-month membership for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up every visit.

For the operating model, not the mileage. Walk-in visits seven days a week, a published average visit time, and a full public fee schedule — none of that exists on the boulevard yet.
When do you open?
Late 2026, once the corridor lease is signed and the buildout finishes. The waitlist gets the address and the opening date before anyone else does.
What does a membership include?
Cleanings, exams and X-rays across the year, plus a whitening touch-up at every single visit. Adults are $39 a month, kids $25 — and the first 500 members pay $29 a month for life.
