Veneers near World Golf Village — the yardage book edition.
World Golf Village plans in detail. Rounds at King & Bear and Slammer & Squire get booked to the minute, Murabella calendars run tight around school and swim, and retirement budgets along International Golf Parkway are managed like a card you intend to sign. A veneer case should read the same way — every stroke of it counted before you play it — which is exactly what a published fee schedule is for.
Ours has been public since before the doors: porcelain veneers $1,250 per tooth, composite $650, member pricing $1,050 and $550. Most smile designs cover four to eight teeth. The opening visit is a design consult inside our standard ~31-minute choreography — smile photos, a digital scan, the dentist on shape and shade, and a written case total in your hand. Porcelain then plays out over two more scheduled visits about two weeks apart while the lab crafts the set; composite often finishes in one longer sitting. For teeth carrying decades of wear, sometimes the honest call is a crown instead — and you'll hear that at the consult, priced, not after.
The drive is the trade-off we'll name up front: from SR-16 and International Golf Parkway you'll head up I-95 to the CR-210 corridor side, where the studio opens in September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. The 7am open, seven days a week, is the counterweight — a consult can be done and dusted before a mid-morning tee time back home.
Why this works from here
- From Murabella and International Golf Parkway, it's up I-95 toward the CR-210 corridor — a planned run, not a daily errand, and the schedule respects that
- 7am doors every day of the week: consult first, back for a late-morning round at King & Bear or Slammer & Squire
- Retirement-budget friendly by design — every fee published, cases phase cleanly, and the written quote is the final word
Questions, answered plainly
We're retired and watch our budget closely. Can a veneer case be phased?
Yes, and phasing is a plan here, not a concession. Start with the two most visible teeth ($2,500 porcelain, $2,100 with membership), finish the set later — each phase priced from the same published schedule, so the case total never drifts. Composite at $650 a tooth is a legitimate lower rung too, and we'll say so when it fits.
How early can a consult start? My tee time is at nine.
Doors open at 7am, all seven days, and the design consult runs about 31 minutes — photos, scan, quote, done. Leaving the corridor by eight puts you back at the first tee with time for range balls.
At our age, are veneers even the right tool — or is that crowns?
It depends on the tooth, not the birthday. Veneers suit front teeth that are structurally sound but worn, chipped, or discolored; heavily filled or ground-down teeth are often better served by crowns ($1,250 ceramic). The consult scan settles it honestly — the two options cost the same per tooth here, so there's no incentive to steer you.
How far is the studio from World Golf Village, honestly?
Far enough to plan: up I-95 toward the CR-210/corridor side of St. Johns County. We're straight about that, and we build around it — consults in ~31 minutes, seven-day hours, and porcelain's two follow-up visits scheduled to bundle with whatever else brings you up the highway.
What does joining the waitlist actually get us before September 2026?
Three things: the address the moment the lease signs, first claim on the Founding 500 rate — $29/month membership locked for life — and the fee schedule as it stands today to plan against. For a couple both eyeing cosmetic work, two founding memberships cost $58/month and take $200 off every porcelain veneer either of you ever needs.
