Dental implants · St. Johns

Dental implants off the CR-210 corridor — priced in the open for St. Johns.

St. Johns picked its spot for the schools and the space — Aberdeen, Shearwater, Beachwalk with its lagoon — and then discovered what every fast-growing area discovers: serious infrastructure lags the rooftops. For big-ticket dentistry like an implant, that has meant driving into Jacksonville proper and accepting whatever number the consultation eventually produced, usually after you were too invested to walk away.

We're closing that gap from the other direction — a short drive down CR-210, in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, opening September 2026 — and we start where corporate offices end: with the full price, published. $1,950 for implant placement, $650 for the custom abutment, $1,450 for the ceramic crown. $4,050 complete; $3,240 with a membership that also covers the whole family's cleanings, exams and X-rays while your implant heals.

The treatment spans three to five months — that's bone biology, and we won't shrink it on paper. What we shrink is your time cost. A 31-minute planning visit ends with a written total. Healing checks take minutes and no appointment. And the hours run 7 to 7 every single day, so an implant check never has to collide with the school run down CR-210 — it just rides along with it.

Why this works from here

A Restoro treatment room with a sink station and the ring-logo screen
  • A short drive down CR-210 from Aberdeen, Shearwater, and the Beachwalk lagoon side
  • Bring your employer's dental plan details — we'll run the insurance-versus-membership math with you, on paper, before you decide
  • Family logistics respected: implant stages for you, walk-in cleanings for the kids, one 7-to-7 clock for all of it

Questions, answered plainly

My employer's dental plan caps out at $1,500 a year. What does that actually mean for an implant?

It means the plan runs dry before one implant is half paid for — a typical annual maximum is less than the crown alone. We're fee-for-service with a membership option from day one: bring the plan's summary and we'll calculate both routes in front of you. Sometimes the honest answer is to save the insurance for other work and take the member rate ($3,240 complete) on the implant.

We're in Shearwater with one calendar for five people. How does implant treatment fit?

The heavy lift is a single scheduled surgery; everything else is light. Planning is one ~31-minute visit, and healing checks are walk-in minutes on any of the seven days — they attach to a CR-210 errand rather than claiming their own slot on the family calendar.

Can the implant stages be spread across two calendar years?

They often spread themselves — placement, healing, then abutment and crown months later, each billed when it happens. If timing stages around a plan year or a flexible spending account helps your math, say so at planning and we'll sequence the calendar accordingly.

What's included in the published implant price?

Three lines make the tooth: $1,950 placement, $650 custom abutment, $1,450 ceramic crown. The $250 3D scan, a $450 bone graft if the scan calls for one, and a $650 temporary tooth if the gap shows are each their own published line — you'll see any that apply, in writing, before treatment begins.

When can St. Johns patients actually be seen?

We open in September 2026; until then the Founding 500 waitlist is the queue that matters — it locks a $29/month membership for life and gets the address announcement first. From opening day, planning visits and checks run walk-in, 7am–7pm, seven days.

Come in when it works for you.

We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
