Kids’ dentistry, engineered for the town that runs on kids.
Nocatee was master-planned down to the splash slides, and then everyone’s calendar filled up anyway. Between Crosswater drop-off loops, Davis Park practices, and the standing Saturday negotiation over Splash Water Park, the errand that keeps sliding is the one with the 20-minute waiting room attached. We looked at how one of America’s fastest-selling family communities actually lives and built the dental version of it: your child checks in at an iPad kiosk, walks straight to a chair — there is no waiting room to dread — and the whole visit runs about 31 minutes, cleaning, fluoride, and dentist exam included.
The kid-specific parts are deliberate. Fluoride varnish comes with every visit on the $25/month child plan, sealants get suggested when the permanent molars actually arrive rather than on a sales calendar, and if a cavity ever shows up, you get the price in writing — $175–$295 at founding fees — and a separate short visit for the fix, because no seven-year-old should have a checkup ambushed into a procedure.
We open in September 2026, and Nocatee is half the name of the corridor we’re opening in — the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, an easy run along Crosswater or Nocatee Parkway from any of the villages. Until the doors open, the Founding 500 waitlist is where Nocatee families lock the adult rate at $29/month for life and hear the address first.
Why this works from here
- Nocatee is in our corridor’s name — the studio is coming to the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor, not across a bridge from it
- A straight run along Crosswater Parkway or Nocatee Parkway from Twenty Mile, The Colony, Del Webb, and the Town Center
- Open 7am–7pm, 7 days — a checkup fits before Splash Park opens or after the last Davis Park practice ends
Questions, answered plainly
Do weekends actually work for kids’ checkups in Nocatee?
Yes — weekends aren’t an exception here, they’re the point. We run 7am–7pm all seven days from opening day, because Nocatee’s weekday calendar is already spoken for. Sunday morning before the pools fill up is exactly the kind of window the walk-in model was built to serve.
We have three kids on three schedules. Can they be seen in one stop?
That’s the scenario the queue system loves: each child checks in at the kiosk, each gets routed to a chair as one opens, and the dentist’s exam window rotates through them while the hygienists work in parallel. Three checkups stack into a single errand instead of three separate afternoons.
What does kids’ care cost for Nocatee families?
The same numbers we publish for everyone, before we even open: $79 child cleaning, $60 exam, $45 fluoride — or the $25/month child membership that includes all of it plus fluoride at every single visit. No quote-after-consultation routine.
We just moved into Crosswater and have no Florida dentist yet. How do we start?
From zero, easily — half of Nocatee is in the same boat. Join the waitlist now; once we open, a first visit is a comprehensive exam ($95), cleaning ($79), and fluoride ($45), with X-rays only if your child is due. If you have records from your previous state, send them over and anything current comes off the bill.
When do sealants make sense for my kid?
When the permanent molars have actually erupted — typically around ages 6 and 12 — not on a promotional schedule. We check the timing at every visit, flag it when it’s real, and the numbers are published: $55 per tooth, $44 for members, usually four teeth in one short visit.
Where exactly will you be relative to Nocatee?
In the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor; the precise address goes public when the lease signs, and Founding 500 members hear it first. Wherever in the corridor it lands, it stays an easy parkway drive from the Nocatee villages — that’s a site-selection requirement, not a hope.
