Kids dentistry · World Golf Village

Murabella filled with kids faster than the map filled with kids’ dentists.

World Golf Village was planned around golf — the King & Bear on one side, the Slammer & Squire on the other — and then Murabella happened: cul-de-sacs of swing sets, school buses looping off International Golf Parkway, minivans outnumbering golf carts by breakfast. The Hall of Fame moved out; the families kept moving in. Yet most services on this edge of St. Johns County still price and schedule for the retiree half of the neighborhood, so anything involving a child’s teeth has usually meant a run south into St. Augustine’s clinic sprawl.

We’d like to turn that minivan north instead — and we accept that a drive has to be earned. So judge the far end of it. A child’s checkup here is choreographed to about 31 minutes with no waiting room anywhere in it: kiosk check-in, straight to a chair, hygienist first, dentist at the staged moment. Doors run 7am to 7pm, all seven days. And every number was published before we opened: $79 child cleaning, $60 periodic exam, $45 fluoride varnish, sealants at $55 a tooth, white fillings $175–$295 quoted in writing before anyone starts. The $25/month child plan folds the whole prevention year — cleanings, exams, X-rays when due, fluoride every visit — into $300 instead of roughly $433 à la carte.

The route is the easy part: International Golf Parkway meets I-95, and the interstate carries you north to the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor along CR-210, where the studio opens in September 2026. The address goes to the Founding 500 waitlist first — and adults who join now lock $29 a month for life while the counter lasts.

Why this works from here

A Restoro treatment room with a sink station and the ring-logo screen
  • From Murabella’s gates, International Golf Parkway meets I-95 and the interstate does the rest — north toward the CR-210 corridor, against the St. Augustine traffic rather than through it
  • 7-to-7, seven days: a checkup fits before the school bus, after a junior clinic at the King & Bear range, or on a tournament-free Sunday
  • One founding fee schedule for the whole map — the $79 child cleaning reads the same in Murabella as it does beachside

Questions, answered plainly

We’re technically closer to St. Augustine. What’s the case for pointing north?

Three things you can verify before ever making the drive: the complete fee schedule is published on this site, the visit target is about 31 minutes and we post the average where everyone can see it, and the doors run 7am–7pm all seven days on a walk-in basis. Hold anything closer to those three standards and compare — our numbers are already public, which is precisely the point.

Junior golf owns our weekends from spring through fall. When are checkups supposed to happen?

On the mornings the tee sheet doesn’t own. Doors open at 7am every day, the visit runs about 31 minutes, and there’s no appointment to forfeit if a practice round runs long — walk-in is the default, with the live wait time posted on the site. The ~90-day quick visits are short enough to disappear into a school morning entirely.

What does a routine kid’s visit actually cost?

A recall visit is the number to plan around: $79 cleaning plus $60 exam — $139, with fluoride varnish at $45 and bitewing X-rays at $65 only in the visits where they’re genuinely due. On the $25/month child plan, all of that prevention is included. A full pay-per-visit year runs about $433; the plan is $300.

Half of Murabella seems to be three-kid households. Can one drive cover everybody?

That’s what the choreography is for. Each child checks in at the kiosk — they will fight over the screen — chairs are staggered as they open, and the hygienist team works the set in parallel while the dentist moves between staged exams. One block of a morning, three checkups, one drive back down I-95. Membership is per child at $25 a month.

Is anything open today?

Not yet — the studio opens September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. What exists right now is everything you need to decide: the founding fee schedule, the membership math, and the Founding 500 waitlist, which hears the exact address the day the lease signs and locks adults at $29 a month for life.

Come in when it works for you.

We open September 2026 in the Ponte Vedra–Nocatee corridor. Founding members lock $29/month for life — cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a whitening touch-up with every visit.
